Bio:

Ed Earle began his career as a guitarist at the age of thirteen on the heels of an early education in saxophone, bass and drums, as influenced by his older brother, Tom Murray's career as a professional sax player. Competitive performances in high school competitions by sixth grade and professional training at the South Shore Conservatory of Music resulted in a strong interest in rock n' roll and his first band experience as a drummer at twelve. Drums were traded for guitar a year later and by the time he graduated from high school with scholarship offers from Berklee in both sax and guitar, Ed had amassed several jazz awards, continuing work as a guitarist in multiple projects as well as an instructor of guitar, bass, sax, entry level piano and drums. Recording came as naturally to Ed as his many other endeavors in the industry and ultimately led to his relocation to L.A. and the opening of Crane Studios as he simultaneously contributed some six years as V.P. of Telegun Amplification.

A brief return to the Boston area in 2007 saw the forming of Ed's original project, Pretty Little Suicide, but his work with multiple Hollywood-based bands had led to numerous offers and requests for live work with Guns n' Roses tribute Cocaine Tongue, Mark Fain (FAIN (Sony/BMG) and Duff McKagan's Loaded) and a video appearance on bass in Krash Karma's video "Fists Don't Fail Me" and Ed's return to LA. After the start of an international tour with Krash Karma, a shoulder injury forced Ed to change courses and he began work in the States with 90s tribute band Flannel, with good friend and drummer, Joe Gigolo (VH1's Rock n' Roll Fantasy Camp). Returning to Boston in the fall of 2009, Ed helped re-form Pretty Little Suicide, recorded the first single and shot the video for 'Cope'. Promotion of the PLS debut during a west coast visit to NAMM 2009 led to the interest of, and subsequent work with, legendary producer Beau Hill and appearances at Rocklahoma and Rock N' America.

Ed can be contacted with interest in PLS and is also available for fill-in positions/abbreviated touring in original or cover/tribute bands, as well as recording needs. PLS's debut album is available worldwide in hard copy through Retrospect Records and digitally through iTunes, Amazon, and more...
